Richard said, "For August it's been absolutely crazy, business wise, but that's a good thing." However, he couldn't tell me how much of that was attributed to the article that appeared in IWAMs June issue. When asked if the assembly process had been proven, he said, "Yes, it has worked out very well for us — so good in fact, that we've since added UFM-F and UFM-L series bench scales to our assembly line." He went on to say that because of the growth they have double the surface area of the line, as well as updated the tables and tools. Tools such as the hanging electric screwdrivers for "grab and zip" create a more efficient workspace, which helps in getting more scales assembled faster.
